You can remove the data Lookloom holds about your store in any of these ways.

Disconnect Instagram

In the Lookloom app, open Instagram and choose Disconnect. This deletes the stored Instagram token and account details immediately. Photos you already imported stay in your Shopify Files until you delete them there.

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also remove Lookloom in Facebook under Settings, Business integrations. Lookloom then cannot read your Instagram account, and the connection shows as expired in the app.

Uninstall Lookloom

Uninstalling the app from Shopify removes the Instagram token right away. Shopify then sends a deletion request, and we erase your galleries, settings and daily totals within 30 days.

Ask us to delete

Email support@tekgen.io from the address on your store with your shop domain. We confirm by reply and finish within 30 days.

Shoppers

Lookloom does not keep shopper profiles. If a shopper sent a photo or comment through a store, they can ask for it to be deleted by emailing support@tekgen.io with the store name.
